Support FAQ's for BridgeTrak for Web Version 7.0

When using BridgeTrak for Web 7.0, I have been experiencing random Server Time Out messages when the volume of traffic on the application increases with regard to the number of Users on the system and the duration of time each user is spending on the system.
The cause is the web server is experiencing an unexpected Application Domain restart. Additionally, an event that resembles the following may be logged in the System Log: _shutDownMessage=Overwhelming Change Notification is [DirectoryPath] This is an issue with the .NET Framework 2.0 from Microsoft. Please review the links in the URL section to download the hotfix. 1) Extract the files from the downloaded zip file 2) Read carefully the hotfix.txt file, which explains the installation and explains disclaimers from Microsoft regarding this patch.
