search index - this contains text from your BridgeTrak database, as well as
any Knowledge Base questions or file attachments in common file types. BridgeSearch uses this
index to retrieve data. Update the search index daily to provide your helpdesk operators with the most up-to-date information possible. Users can access BridgeSearch from within BridgeTrak. Flexible queries can be run on the search
index. Search requests include multiple, advanced search options such as Boolean or Natural Language searches. BridgeSearch also offers
phonics, word stemming, and fuzzy search capabilities. Search Results display in an easy-to-read tabbed window. Quickly pull up the file attachment, issue, etc. that was found during the query by clicking on the search results. |
