Mail Server Set Up

In order for BridgeMail to automatically receive and respond to email, Mail Server settings must be established.

Processing Email

When email is received, BridgeMail processes each message according to settings you define.

When you choose to hold incoming email messages in the Email Queue based on selections in the Service Configuration Set Up, each message can be individually evaluated for the course of action.

Sending an AutoResponse

BridgeReceive can be enabled to automatically respond to an email. An autoresponse email can be sent informing that an Issue has been opened or send any other custom message.

Email History

All email processed by BridgeMail is logged on the History window.
